The Burmese military keeps using brutal and inhumane tactics against civilians, especially in Sagaing region. Dozens of people have been killed, some have been burned, including 2 children (4 and 9 years-old) killed by artillery shelling in Yinmarpin township and 2 teenagers (17 and 10) killed in Shan State.
