Two YAK 130 fighter jets have been reportedly destroyed by Resistance forces at Hmawbi Air Force Base yesterday night. The People’s Defence Force claim to have used remote-controlled explosives.
Today, several pro-democracy activists remembered Mya Thwe Thwe Khine, the 19 year old girl who died one year ago after being shot at the head by a policeman in Naypyidaw, during an anti-coup protest.

SAGAING
• Kanbalu: regime forces fired heavy artillery in four villages, killing 3 civilians. More than 20 people have been arrested
• Minking: Chindwin News reports that pro-military militia Pyu Saw Htee planted landmines around the Buddhist temple in Myoma village

KACHIN STATE
• Momauk: 2 civilians on a motorbike shot dead by regime soldiers, reportedly for not stopping at a checkpoint (Source: Kachinwaves)
• Putao: the Kachin Independence Army cordoned off the Shengat Bum military base
• Hpakant: 2 jade miners have been killed by a landslide in a jade mine near Mana village

SHAN STATE
• Moebye: the battle between Resistance fighters and regime soldiers continues, with many casualties on both sides (around 40 regime soldiers and at least 7 Resistance fighters have been reportedly killed). Resistance fighters destroyed 3 regime trucks full of supplies and military equipment. Thousands of civilians are fleeing the area.
• After an exchange of fire between their armies, leaders of the Restoration Council of Shan State (RCSS) and the Pa-O National Liberation Organisation (PNLO) have agreed to resolve the incident in southern Shan State “peacefully”. (Source: Shan News)

KARENNI (KAYAH) STATE
• Resistance fighters held a funeral for Maung Saw Muday (18), a member of the Demoso People’s Defense Force (DMO-PDF) who was killed by an airstrike during the battle of Witheku

KAREN (KAYIN) STATE
• Lay Kay Kaw: heavy rains are causing floods in internally displaced people’s camps
• Hpa-An: a Denko Petrol Station owned by crony U Chit Khaing was destroyed by two bombs

AYEYARWADY
• Tha Paung: Aung Than Kyaw (59), a police officer, committed suicide by shooting himself.

YANGON
• Hmawbi Air Force Base: 2 fighter jets have been reportedly destroyed by Resistance fighters
• Thaketa: Resistance fighters attacked a military vehicle killing 2 soldiers. A fire broke out in the market in Myin Taw Thar Road
• North Dagon: Resistance fighters attacked the Dawei Chaung police station
