A 7 year-old girl, her 18 year-old sister and a 50 year-old man were killed in their sleep by an airstrike on a displacement camp in Hpruso yesterday night. The camp hosts over 600 displaced civilians who fled the conflict in nearby villages. Less than one month ago, the military regime killed and burned at least 35 civilians in the same area.
A more cowardly attack is barely conceivable.
