Much respect to Danny Fenster, who during the press conference, vowed to continue focusing on what is happening in Myanmar. Hate to see how former governor Bill Richardson is using every opportunity he has to brag about his role in Danny’s release and to praise Min Aung Hlaing. The difference the two could not be more evident.
The Junta’s minister of tourism has been attacked by Resistance groups in Pathein (Ayeyarwady). 10 regime soldiers have been killed. The fact that a high caliber figure like a minister is vulnerable to these attacks, is not a good sign for the regime. Coup leader Min Aung Hlaing previously had to cancel multiple visits to Putao, Kachin State, for fear of attacks.
