In Kalay (Sagaing), the Junta is evacuating military families by air. This might be a sign that the conflict may intensify again soon.

• Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and President U Win Myint pleaded not guilty to charges of breaching the Coronavirus protocol during the 2020 political campaign. If found guilty, they could be sentenced to 3 years of prison.

• The military regime plans to vaccinate against Covid students aged 12 or older, as it seeks to reopen schools after two months of closure. According to official data, 7% of the population is fully vaccinated and 15,4% has received at least one dose. General Min Aung Hlaing planned to vaccinate 50% of the population before the end of the year.
• Around 90 junta soldiers were reportedly killed during intense clashes with civilian resistance fighters in Sagaing and Magwe regions and Kayah State on the weekend. (Source: The Irrawady)

• Mayangone: Resistance fighters attacked a group of soldiers in front of a City Mart. At least one Food Panda rider injured.
• Mingaladon: 2 explosion, one at a military-owned garment factory, one at the Township administration office
• Hlaing: a USDP member, alleged informant, killed
MANDALAY
• Amarapura: according to the regime’s Ministry of Information, security forces have seized a large number of weapons and ammunitions, including 200 assault rifles, 20 machin guns and over 30,000 rounds of ammunition.
• Mahlaing Township, Meiktila District: Kyaw Nyein, a member of the township administration, was killed by 6 gunmen
SAGAING
• Lathar village, Htee Chaing: regime soldiers raided the village and killed 4 Resistance fighters.
• Kalay: the regime evacuated military families by air.
• Htigyaing: Junta forces have arrested three 15-year-olds in Sagaing Region after being unable to find the people they wanted to arrest during raids targeting National League for Democracy (NLD) members, locals said. (Source: Myanmar Now)
• Htigyaing: 25 year old civilian Zaw Myo Htun, was tortured and killed by regime soldiers during an interrogation
• Khin U: a Pyu Saw Htee (pro-military fighter) has been killed
• Pale: over 30 regime soldiers killed by Resistance fighters in multiple attacks
• Ayadaw: regime soldiers raided the village and burnt a house
• The Tatmadaw has been training militia forces at its base in Naungmon township since Oct 9 with the aim of attacking the KIA and PDFs. (Source: DVB)

• The military convoy of 40+ vehicles and 2 tanks spotted in Kalay 3 days ago, is approaching Falam, according to Chindwin News.

• Demoso: a civilian was shot dead by regime soldiers
• A displaced woman died, unable to get proper health care

• Htilin: local PDF attacked a Pyu Saw Htee group (pro-military armed militia) killing one of them and retaking its own weapons that were previously seized.
• Myaing: Myaing and Yezakyo PDF attacked a military regime base, inflicting an unknown number of victimis.
• Pwint Phyu: regime soldiers opened fire on civilians who tried to avoid arrest. 1 man killed, 4 injured.
