A Facebook video of a woman being beheaded last February by pro-regime troops in Myaing Township, Magway, is circulating online. Although we are all aware of the cruelty of the Burmese military, videos like this are shocking. The lack of intervention by the international community and the lack of media coverage on Myanmar, is so frustrating. To see the military regime acting with total impunity is infuriating.
