• “The Pagoda is closed today due to the death penalty”, says a banner put at the one of the entrances of the Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon. The banner refers to the junta’s intention to execute 4 pro-democracy activists and politicians
• A Russian cargo operated by Aviacon Zitotrans Airlines landed in Naypyidaw, probably carrying military equipment for the Burmese military regime
• The military regime released a request to the opposing People’s Defence Forces (PDF), requesting fighters to surrender and join the regime’s army.
• Thai envoy to Myanmar Pornpimol Kanchanalak said the Burmese military regime should not be excluded from political talks, and adds the junta is vital to solve the crisis

• Wetlet: the Burmese military launched an airstrike after Resistance fighters attacked a police station
• Mawlaik: regime troops raided and burned Yuwa and Tatkone villages

• Ann Township: a pro-military ward administrator was stabbed to death. No group claimed responsibility

• Htantabin Township: gunfight was reported late in the evening. There have been reports of clashes between that the Karen National Liberation Army and regime troops
YANGON
• A retired lecturer was killed in her residence yesterday during what appears to be a robbery
MON STATE
• Kyaikto: Resistance fighters reportedly attacked a military checkpoint
