• According to The Irrawaddy, the military regime burned over 100 villages in Sagaing and Magway regions
• U Zin Min Aung, shareholder of Yangon Petrol (YP), has been charged by the military regime under the anti-corruption law
• According to Myanmar Now, Ywet Nu Aung, a prominent lawyer who was arrested on April 27th, was transferred to Obo’s Prison in Mandalay and is facing a maximum sentence of life in prison under the anti-terror law.
• The National Unity Government minister of health and education Dr Zaw Wai Soe, met with Amanda Milling, the U.K. minister for Asia.
• The Sean Turnell case will resume on June 9th, when the regime-controlled court will decide on additional charges against the Australian economist, who served as an advisor for the National League for Democracy (NLD)

SAGAING
• Yinmarpin: two Chinese employees of Yangtse Copper Co., a Chinese copper mining company have been killed by Regime soldiers
• Khin U: a 70-year old was killed on Wednesday after the Burmese military fired heavy artillery into Kan Thit village
• Kanbalu: regime troops set Htantaw Village on fire
• Myaung: 6 regime soldiers were reportedly killed during clashes between Let Yet Ma and Aung Chan Thar villages
• Kane: Kinsanpya village was set on fire by regime soldiers

KACHIN STATE
• Hpakant: a 15-year-old was injured by artillery shells fired by the regime army in n Aung Su Village
• Hpakant: clashes between the Kachin Independence Army and regime troops in Sai Taung village
• Shweku: a military ship was attacked by Resistance fighters

KARENNI (KAYAH) STATE
• Loikaw: regime troops opened fire on children playing football killing a young man and later arresting 18 teenagers
The Karenni State Consultative Council (KSCC) is releasing 24 prisoners, including 4 Chinese nationals, after being pressured to do so by international organizations

MAGWAY
• Gangaw: 7 Resistance fighters have been reportedly killed during an airstrike near Myitthar Dam
• Yesagyo: two civilians were shot dead and then burned by regime troops in Balaba village
• Myaing: 5 dead civilians killed by the military were found near Kyauk Khuk village

ARAKAN (RAKHINE) STATE
• Ramree: the military regime raided two houses of Ko Maung Maung Gyi, an official from the United League of Arakan (ULA) for his alleged links with the Arakan Army (AA)

COVID DAILY (as reported by the military-controlled Ministry of Health. Real figures are believed to be higher than officially reported)
• 20 new cases and 0 new deaths
