• The Foreign minister of Malaysia Saifuddin Abdullah, met with the Foreign Minister of the National Unity Government (NUG) Zin Mar Aung on the sideline of the US-ASEAN summit in Washington D.C.
• The Kachin Independence Organization (KIO) released a statement demanding all citizens working for the military regime, to quit their jobs
• Mae Sot (Thailand): Thai authorities arrested 43 Burmese citizens trying to cross the border
• The Burmese military regime tried to impose changes in the ASEAN-US joint statement released at the summit this week. It also criticized the US Government for engaging with Zin Mar Aung, foreign minister of the National Unity Government, the democratic government that is opposing the military regime.

• Katha: clashes between Resistance fighters and regime troops in Thagara village
• Yinmarpin: Aung Zaw Thein was shot and killed by regime troops in Naw Yoe village and torched several houses
• Khin U: regime troops shot and killed U Myint Soe in Myothit village, and burned several houses
KACHIN STATE
• Shwegu: regime troops were attacked by the Kachin Independence Army (KIA) in Shwegu and Indawgyi
ARAKAN (RAKHINE) STATE

• Minbya Township: a man died in a landmine explosion
MON STATE
• Kyaikmaraw: clashes between the Karen National Defence Organization (KNDO) and regime troops between Taungkale Maetio and Kyauk Kwe village
