• Military and regime spokesperson Zaw Min Tun claims that Resistance fighters started the fire in Thantlang, a towhnship of around 10,000 residents who were forced to flee. The claim is similar to those made in 2017, when both the Junta and the NLD government downplayed the atrocities that were taking place in Myanmar.
YANGON
• Mingalardon: two explosions hit soldiers. Number of casualties unknown.
MANDALAY
• Maha Aung Myay: a regime soldier was killed during an attack by Resistance fighters. Two civilians abducted by regime soldiers on Wednesday have been found dead today, probably killed by soldiers during an interrogation
• Patheingyi Township: 17 local administrators resigned. 4 administrators have been recently killed in the township
SAGAING
• Kyunhla: an NLD office was burnt by a Pyu Saw Htee group (pro-military armed group)
KAREN (KAYIN) STATE
• Fapon: The Karen National Union reports clashes between its armed wing KNLA and the military regime
CHIN STATE
• Thantlang: the city keeps burning. Over 160 buildings have already been destroyed by the fire.
• Hakha: the house of Dr. Lian H. Sakhong, the National Government Union (NUG, the government that opposes the regime), has been confiscated by the military regime using a recent law that allows the State to confiscate any property related to the anti-coup movement
• A Save the Children (an international NGO): has been destroyed by the military regime.
• Chin News Agency reported that the commander of Light Infantry Division 11 ordered military symphatizers to hold a rally in Paletwa on November 1st.
• Hakha: the regime is searching for Reverend Van Cem, a Christian Pastor. The regime accuses him of possessing weapons used by Regime fighters

• Monekoe: clashes between MNDAA and regime soldiers

• Bago: according to The Irrawady, the infamous 77 Light Infantry Division is providing military training to regime supporters
